- Location: Gillette, WY 82716 (Wyoming healthcare jobs)
- Facility Type: Long-term care skilled nursing facility
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (September 15, 2025 December 15, 2025)
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $970$1050
- Resident Census: 118 residents (125 bed capacity)
- Nurse to Resident Ratio: 1:1012
- Dress Code: Ceil blue scrubs; tattoos must be covered; no facial piercings
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (Wyoming CNA license preferred)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (Med/Surg and Geriatrics experience preferred)
- Ability to work all shifts and weekends as needed
- Flexibility to work in all neighborhoods within the skilled nursing facility
- Compliance with facility policies, including dress code
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support
- Deliver compassionate care to residents with diverse diagnoses, including dementia, diabetes, stroke, and neuromuscular diseases
- Operate clinical equipment: vital sign towers, glucometers, lifts, bladder scanners, IV pumps, wound vacs, and assistive devices
- Accurately document resident care using computerized medical record systems (Meditech)
- Collaborate with nursing and clinical support staff to ensure high-quality resident care
- Participate in a comprehensive orientation program, including mandatory compliance and task-specific training
