- Reports to the Sr. Marketing Director and in close collaboration with the Creative Director
- Conceptualizes, designs, and creates digital assets (static and video) and materials to support marketing channels through website pages, emails, and social media
- Fulfills monthly, rotating website content needs, such as photography and web-ready graphics
- Actively improves and updates our asset library
- Creates prototypes for internal review and testing
- Determines how to best represent brand storytelling and concepts visually
- Uses existing brand guidelines to inform design and provide fresh ideas to connect with our audiences
- Collaborates with our Creative and IT Teams and external partners on development, maintenance and updating of our internal and guest-facing websites, e-commerce site, and email in alignment with our Marketing strategy and brand messaging
- Participates in design discussions with the Creative Team and gives feedback
- Stays current with industry trends, standards and changes
- Stays current with all training including online training and professional development opportunities
- Ensures the dissemination of and adherence to all company and department policies
- Supports and follows sustainability programs
- Supports and follows all safety and security policies
- Provides and demonstrates attitude of service to staff and guests
- Operates within the Company’s Core Values, Company Brand, and Business Principles
- 3-5 years of proven graphic digital designing experience
- Proficient with Sketch, Adobe Suite, Photoshop
- Knowledge of mobile optimized and responsive design
- Must be self-directed and able to take direction with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills (including spelling, grammar, and industry language)
- Experience in the food industry and passion for food preferable
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and trust with a diverse group of staff, guests, and vendors
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to deal with stress and juggle priorities with lots of interruptions
- Proven ability to create a volume of high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment
- Commitment to personal and professional development
- Requires occasional travel to market locations throughout Snohomish, King, and Kitsap counties
- Possesses full body mobility (bending, stooping, twisting and reaching) and excellent manual dexterity
- Flexibility to work extra hours as needed

- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
