Job Description:ResponsibilitiesNoblis MSD is seeking Cybersecurity / Information Assurance Analysts with an active Secret and Top Secret Clearance in Lakehurst, NJ.Noblis MSD is seeking Cybersecurity / Information Assurance Analysts to support the NAWCAD Engineering & Logistics for Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Mission Operations and Integration (MO&I). Additionally we are supporting their missions’ to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings.This requisition covers multiple positions, including:
  • Cybersecurity / Information Assurance Analyst, Junior Level
  • Cybersecurity / Information Assurance Analyst, Mid Level
  • Cybersecurity / Information Assurance Analyst, Senior Level
The Cybersecurity / Information Assurance Analyst will support DoD weapon system programs and/or IT-related networks, hardware, firmware, and software. Implement DoD and Navy information assurance and information security policies and standards. Assess system and software risk and vulnerability, develop cyber strategies, define connectivity and interface requirements, prepare cyber support documentation packages, support cyber integration, and perform certification and accreditation activities. Plan, implement, upgrade, or monitor security measures for the protection of computer networks and information.You will safeguard information systems by developing and implementing security measures to protect data integrity, confidentiality, and availability. Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend mitigation strategies. Monitor and analyze security incidents, ensuring timely response and resolution to minimize impact. Produce formal and informal reports, briefings, and input as required. Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to ensure security policies and procedures remain up-to-date and aligned with applicable standards and regulatory requirements. Perform regular security audits, prepare detailed reports, and present findings as needed.

  • Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related scientific/technical discipline

Cybersecurity / Information Assurance Specialist, Mid Level
  • Applies logistics and technical services to support strategic decision making for DoD aircraft SE/ALRE logistics programs/projects. Resolves complex problems. Performs logistics, technical, or business case analyses. Participates as a member of and/or supports the DoD aircraft SE/ALRE logistics program or project team. Applies government-instituted processes for cradle-to-grave product support and logistics data management. Leads the activities of Junior Logisticians as necessary on activities related to the application of logistics techniques, policies, or processes.
  • Performs tasks with some guidance.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: Requires a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in ILS; with two (2) years of experience reviewing and/or developing specifications, technical manuals, ordinance publications, drawings, and other engineering data and revisions.

Cybersecurity / Information Assurance Specialist, Senior Level
  • Acts as the overall logistics lead for the contracted effort in support of aviation SE/ALRE logistics programs or projects. Leads the application of logistics and technical services to support strategic decision making for DoD aircraft SE logistics programs/projects. Resolves complex problems. Performs logistics, technical, or business case analyses. Participates as a member of and/or supports the DoD aircraft SE/ALRE logistics program or project team. Applies government-instituted processes for cradle-to-grave product support and logistics data management. Lead the activities of Journeyman and Junior Logisticians as necessary on activities related to the application of logistics techniques, policies, or processes.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: Requires a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in ILS, with five (5) years of experience reviewing and/or developing specifications, technical manuals, ordinance publications, drawings, and other engineering data and revisions. * DoD Secret clearance, or Top Secret Clearance

The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked.
