Newton, MS3rd shiftOn-site, Full TimePurpose of Role: The Production Team Member in our Shotblast department handles crane operations to transfer parts from the machine onto skips for oven loading. They ensure correct part placement and orientation following processes and instructions. Additionally, they identify, remove, and quarantine parts needing weld repair.
