3+year of experience in a private practice medical office
Experience working in a concierge, plastic surgery or dermatology office
Experience answering a high volume of phone calls
Strong scheduling experience
Some experience as a medical assistant but comfortable working mainly a non clinical role
Experience obtaining vital signs and rooming patients
Experience calling patients prior to procedures
Amazing customer service skills and communication skills
Ability to turn inquiries into consultations
Strong documentation skillsDUTIES:
Answer phones
Call patients prior to procedures
Schedule appointments and procedures
Room patient and obtain vitals
Check patients in
Review paperwork with patients
Respond to inquiries regarding procedures
Explain procedures
Review treatments with potential patients
