Join our team as an OTR MENTOR! MUST have at least 3 months of solo driving experience!As a Mentor, you'll be responsible for teaching apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in accordance to state and local laws and per company policies. With our focus on safety, reliability, and professionalism, you'll play a crucial role in delivering goods efficiently while maintaining our high standards of service.DETAILS:
Home every 3-4 weeks for 3-4 days
Mileage varies
Company provided sleeper trucks
COMPENSATION:
Weekly pay is based off of the verified experience we have received by your hire date.
Average pay is $1700 per week.
Mentor bonuses and cash incentives

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Class A license.
No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years.
No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years. No serious violations in the last 12 months. Applicants under 23 cannot have more than 1 moving violation in the past 12 months.
Must be able to pass a DOT physical, whisper test and drug screen
