Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
  • 3 years of experience in building and developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience with working in a changing organization.

  • Work with the Team Leaders (TLs) to set the technical directions of the team, use solutions to manage the ambiguities in the team's technology space.
  • Manage project schedules, identify technical risks and communicate them to project stakeholders.
  • Help to identify work, coach them, and help to develop careers, grow people and leaders in the team.
  • Coach and mentor engineers to design and implement reliable services with performance that serve the customer needs.
  • Contribute to the project.
