We are seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for ALL SHIFTs to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for compassionate professionals who prioritize resident safety, dignity, and comfort.Responsibilities:
- Follow policies, procedures, and work schedules as directed by supervisors.
- Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Support residents with personal care needs, including feeding, bathing, grooming, dressing, and more, while respecting individual preferences.
- Safely lift, turn, position, and transport residents using proper techniques and equipment.
- Perform restorative and rehabilitative exercises and record data as needed.
- Respond promptly to resident calls, ensuring safety precautions are followed.
- Use personal protective equipment and tools such as gait belts and mechanical lifts when required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CNA certification in this state or completion of an approved nurse aide training program.
- 1 year of healthcare experience preferred, especially in long-term care or geriatric settings.
- Excellent customer service, professionalism, and communication skills.
- Adaptability to change and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
