We are currently looking for MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS/HANDYMAN who value customer service and have strong technical skills. Properties are matched to technicians based on skill and property needs.You:
  • Handyman experience--jack of all trades
  • Able to replace photocells, light fixtures, dry rot repair, drywall patching and painting, light carpentry
  • Some janitorial experience - empty pet waste stations, clean community common areas, blow off entryways and sidewalks, pick up litter, etc.
  • Basic power tools and reliable transportation
  • Honest, good communicator, problem-solving skills, dependable
