The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and implement therapy programs that help patients improve their physical function and quality of life. This role is perfect for a licensed PT who thrives in an outpatient or acute care setting and is comfortable using EPIC for charting.Evaluate patients and create customized physical therapy treatment plansDeliver hands-on care to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and enduranceMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as neededCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care providersEducate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventative careMaintain thorough and accurate documentation using EPICSchedule & Contract DetailsContract Length: 13 WeeksWeekly Pay: Up to $2,760/week, based on experienceShift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, Monday through FridayGuaranteed Hours: 40 hours/weekQualifications & RequirementsMinimum Experience: 3 years of PT experience required (open to new grads with strong clinicals)License: Active Wisconsin Physical Therapy licenseCertifications: AHA BLS certification requiredExperience with EPIC charting requiredStrong clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skillsExplore Wild Rose, Wisconsin
