- Greet Guest and takes orders within Andretti guidelines, always exceeding Guests expectations.
- Prepare standard and specialty mixed drinks. Pour wine and beer quickly, accurately, and without waste.
- Deliver food and beverage in a professional manner according to Andretti standards.
- Collect payment for all items purchased and consumed and operate the Point-of-Sale system with ease.
- Count cash drawer at the beginning of the shift for accuracy and ensure adequate amount of change is present.
- Maintain an organized work area and proactively cleans and resets tables.
- Order and maintain liquor and bar supplies, display bottles in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
- Properly dispose of broken glassware.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local health regulations.
- Sufficiently handle and accurately count money.
- Check identification of any guest consuming alcohol.
- Follow all state and company guidelines regarding beverage services.
- Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
- Assist with Guest recovery and notify manager to ensure positive Guest experiences.
- Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with Guests and fellow co-workers.
- Performs Opening, Running and Closing department duties as assigned.
- Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
- Be able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends.

- The work environment may include bright, dim or flashing lights and loud sounds.
- Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
- Be able to understand, follow and maintain safety standards at all times.
