Day.Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital in Stevens Point, WI is seeking an Advanced Vascular Technologist to join our team!The Advances Vascular Technologist performs complex vascular ultrasound and vein specialty procedures while exercising professional judgment in the performance of services. Demonstrates the ability to obtain high quality diagnostic images and analyze the findings.HOURS: Full-Time or .9 FTE, 72 hours every pay period. Monday – Friday, varied hours between 7am – 5pm.Experience/Qualifications
  • Knowledge of standards and procedures as they relate to ultrasound normally acquired through graduation from a program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
  • Additional training in venous specialty procedures such as sclerotherapy, thrombectomy, etc.
  • Two years of clinical vascular ultrasound experience is required.
  • ARDMS RDCS, ARDMS RVT, CCI RCS or CCI RVS
  • Current CPR certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
  • Site specific competencies in protocols, equipment, computer systems and applications.
