- Provide ongoing and ad hoc reporting on the performance of the Loyalty program and select offers, ensuring accurate, timely execution with minimal direction
- Actively contribute knowledge, ideas, and perspectives to Loyalty program value propositions and feature implementations
- Coordinate issue resolution across internal and external stakeholders using ticketing systems
- Validate program and offer setup, including QA and offer submissions
- Test new features and capabilities in various environments
- Participate in, document, and distribute meeting notes related to the Loyalty Program from both internal and external partners
- Assist in defining business requirements for new program features and capabilities
- Draft and publish communications to store teams regarding program and offer updates
- Support creation and revisions of Loyalty program documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Merchandising and Information Technology (IT), to support Loyalty initiatives
- Cross-train with the Loyalty Program Content Coordinator to support development of marketing assets (e.g., in-store signage, social media, paid media, OOH)

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of products, with a focus on Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience using ticketing and reporting systems
- Knowledge of program testing and quality assurance processes and procedures, and a demonstrated record of their execution
- Ability to coordinate complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as program needs evolve
- Guest-centric mindset and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, MicroStrategy, Smartsheet, Zipline or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Loyalty analytics or customer segmentation
- Experience collaborating with IT and technical partners
- Experience in retail or grocery industry
