Performs procedures necessary to implement plan of care, orders tests and consults as required by plan of care. Accurately documents all patient care activities and evaluates the outcome of patient care.POSITION QUALIFICATIONSMinimum EducationBachelors in Nursing ,and Masters in Advanced Clinical Practice or graduate of post masters certificate program for nurse practitioner.Minimum ExperiencePreferred one year of medical experience from a similar setting.Required Registration/License/CertificationACLS within 6 months of DOH/TransferBLS within 90 daysNurse Practioner LicensedRegistered Nursing LicensePreferred EducationMSNPreferred Experience1 to 2 years Healthcare/Hospital experience.Preferred Registration/License/CertificationAmerican Academy of Nurse PractitionersOther RequirementsN/A
