- Lead and mentor a regional sales pod, driving individual and team success
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Recruit, train, and grow a high-performing sales team
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders-investment leads, partnership teams, and agency trading desks
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline and active prospect database
- Drive new business while expanding and deepening existing client partnerships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams
- Provide input into go-to-market and marketing strategies
- 8+ years of experience in digital adtech sales with a track record of leading successful teams and exceeding revenue targets
- Deep relationships with major brands, media agencies, and holding companies
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales pipeline management
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and internal collaboration
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
