
Controls Engineer

- Design and develop automated assembly cells for production processes.
- Program and configure PLCs for machine operation and process control.
- Create and maintain wiring diagrams and schematics for electrical systems.
- Design pneumatic systems to optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automated systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Conduct testing and validation of automation systems to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain documentation for all control systems and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 + years of experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Experience with RCX Studio or Robot Studio preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, controls systems, and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, etc.) for industrial automation systems.
- Familiarity with CAD software for designing wiring diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with industrial automation software and tools.
- Knowledge of robotics and advanced manufacturing systems.
