Overview:Job Summary:The Information Systems Manager is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating teams within the Back Office Applications Delivery team. This role oversees the development, deployment, and support of Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, and other integrated solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality business value to users in a fast-paced, global environment. This position will lean toward an experienced candidate with a strong technical background supporting Oracle Fusion applications. The manager will bridge activities between Fusion and PeopleSoft, guiding the enterprise in its transition to Fusion as the long-term ERP platform.Required in-office presence at least 4 days per week Responsibilities:Essential Functions:
Acts as technology owner, accountable for support of Oracle Fusion HR & ERP and PeopleSoft, integration of products/services within the back-office space, and awareness of impacts across all enterprise applications. Expect to partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Process Owners, External Vendors, and Managed Service Vendors with execution and delivery of features for value streams: HR (Total Rewards, Payroll, Hire to Retire); Order Capture (Contract to Cash, Project to Close); and ERP (Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Tax). Functional delivery domain areas include Compliance, Keep the Lights On, Oracle Fusion Support, Business Expansion, and Enhancement work.
Lead and manage a team of internal and contractor staff, focusing on the development, deployment, and support of Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, and related solutions.
Serve as the technology owner accountable for the support of Oracle Fusion HR & ERP and PeopleSoft applications, ensuring seamless integration across enterprise applications.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Process Owners, and external vendors to deliver features aligned with HR, ERP, and order capture value streams.
Oversee a portfolio of projects, backlogs, and other efforts using agile methods across global operating companies and support organizations.
Drive team adherence to defined practices and processes to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality deliverables.
Evaluate technical designs to ensure sound investments are made in accordance with governance policies and standards.
Establish metrics, reports, and measures to track progress toward goals and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Support SAFe/Agile and SDLC best practices and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Manage teams responsible for legacy systems and stabilization efforts, including hiring, leadership, and performance accountability.
Foster strong partnerships with Oracle Fusion and PeopleSoft implementation partners, driving features to completion and escalating issues when necessary.
Mentor and coach team members to develop leadership capabilities and problem-solving skills.
Promote team empowerment, engagement, and a sustainable pace of work with high-quality outcomes.
Communicate effectively with technical stakeholders, challenging thought processes to drive better solutions.
Qualifications:Supervisory or Management Responsibility:
Management responsibility for the Legacy and Stabilization value stream teams, including hiring, leadership, development and accountability for performance.
Manage relationship with large consultant base which includes offshore Managed Services provider.
Acts as Coach-Leader, coaching others in their development as a leader and/or a more complex problem solver, and focuses on helping others formulate their development agenda
Assists in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work; leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring team members
Promotes empowerment of the team, ensures that each team member is fully engaged in the project and makes a meaningful contribution, and encourages a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team
Communicates and engages with highly technical knowledge workers. Able to challenge Product Owners, analysts, developers, testers and architects thought processes to drive them to better solutions.

Budget Responsibility:
Contributes to the development of product/service and/or departmental budgets and actively manages budget to plan
Shares fiscal responsibility for the organization's technology investments and future planning of the organization's spend
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent
Minimum of 10-12 years of Information Technology experience
Experience overseeing multi-function teams with at least 10-15 team members including project managers or scrum masters, developers, business and/or systems analysts, and quality assurance personnel
Strong technical background with Oracle Fusion applications and enterprise-scale solutions.
Experience working in an offshore/onshore collaborative environment
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, MS Office, VersionOne, Trello, and Confluence.
SAFe / Agile (Scrum, KanBan) experience
Hands-on experience with SAFe/Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Solid understanding of systems development life cycle models and large application solutions with related integration.

Salary Range:
$116,600.00 - $174,800.00
