We pride ourselves on expertise, simplicity, and inspiration in everything we do.Job Summary:As the Bilingual Lead Advertising Manager within the Creative Content & Advertising team at AT&T, you will play a pivotal role in crafting impactful and resonant campaigns for both General and Hispanic markets. Embedded within the Marketing & Growth Organization, you will help develop best-in-class creative campaigns that drive measurable results and foster brand loyalty.This role involves collaborating with agency partners to shape creative strategies, refine ideas, and oversee the production, trafficking, and optimization of campaign assets. Campaign objectives may range from achieving short-term sales goals to building long-term brand love and loyalty. You will execute campaigns across various media channels, including TV, online video (OLV), social media, display ads, mobile, out-of-home (OOH), on-site/event activations, and more. Familiarity with 360-degree campaign development is essential, alongside the ability to work closely with Business Unit Leaders, PR, Sponsorships, Media, and Brand Governance teams to ensure cohesive customer-facing communications.Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Support the Advertising Director in creating fully integrated advertising campaigns, from strategy development to production, execution, monitoring, and final reporting.
- Agency & Partner Collaboration: Work with external agencies, platforms, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and seamless execution.
- Performance Analysis: Oversee regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance, providing optimization recommendations to ensure success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Media, Sponsorships, Segments, Legal, Product, etc.) to align objectives, secure approvals, and eliminate redundancies.
- Project Management: Track deadlines, production schedules, budgets, and competitive initiatives to maintain project momentum.
- Team Coordination: Manage schedules and calendars to ensure smooth team operations as needed.
- Experience: 5–8 years of marketing/advertising experience; agency experience preferred.
- Hispanic Market Expertise: Deep understanding of Hispanic market insights and audience, with fluency in Spanish.
- Creativity: Passion for fresh, distinctive, and memorable ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to articulate persuasive points of view concisely and effectively.
- Work Ethic: Self-starter with a proactive attitude and exceptional work ethic.
- Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to all aspects of work.

- Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
- Agency experience strongly preferred, specifically with some production experience across TV, digital, and more.
