A leading global organization is seeking a Sr. Technology Manager Analytics & Automation to drive the transformation of network operations through data-driven insights and innovative automation solutions.
This role will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive strategy to optimize network availability, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce risk. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise in network automation, analytics, and AI-driven automation, combined with proven leadership in managing high-performing global teams. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics and automation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Lead a global team of analysts and engineers, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Drive automation-first strategies to minimize manual effort, improve efficiency, and enhance operational agility.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and industry standards.
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service-Level Objectives (SLOs) for operational effectiveness.
- Build and manage teams, including workforce planning, training, performance reviews, and talent development.
- Partner with technology and business stakeholders to align execution with overall strategy.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of experience in large-scale, enterprise-wide environments.
- Strong expertise in network protocols, automation technologies, and AI/ML-driven observability/analytics platforms.
- Proficiency with tools and technologies such as Terraform, Itential, NetDevOps, Splunk, Python, React JS, Django, MySQL, and Redis.
- Proven track record of custom application development (Python), advanced analytics, and data science.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing global teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive organizational change.
- Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM frameworks.
- Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with public and hybrid cloud networking.
