Assembly Operator

- Operate machines and equipment safely and correctly.
- Comply with work instructions and department processes to ensure production of quality products to customers.
- Demonstrate urgency when performing tasks to meet hourly/daily production targets.
- Understand and accurately complete necessary departmental paperwork (ODS, TMS, routing sheets, etc.).
- Communicate machine or station issues to department set up technicians or supervisors.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of manufacturing process of assembly and machining, preferred.
- Exposure to lean concepts and continuous improvement, preferred.
- Ability to keep safety and quality as top priorities.
- Entry/basic level computer skills.
- Accurately record and input data.
- Proven record of good attendance
- Flexible and able to adjust daily tasks accordingly.
- Ability to work in both team and independent environments.
- Ability to communicate well.
- Willing to learn.
