We’re seeking a skilled, motivated Lead Installer & Install Team Supervisor to lead our installation department. This is a hands-on role for someone who not only installs custom window coverings with precision and pride, but also coaches, motivates, and manages a team to do the same. - Lead by example as the primary installer for residential and commercial window coverings—including blinds, shades, shutters, draperies, film, and motorized treatments.
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of 6–10 installers and warehouse staff to ensure outstanding workmanship and 5-star customer service.
- Oversee install scheduling and warehouse operations, including receiving, labeling, and organizing freight.
- Coordinate with office staff, sales consultants, and vendors to resolve installation issues and ensure seamless project execution.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace damaged products as needed.
- Take precise window measurements and confirm site readiness.
- Support lead generation efforts through home shows or canvassing when needed.
- Proven experience leading and developing a team, preferably in a skilled trade or service field.
- Strong installation, handyman, or carpentry experience—window covering installation a plus.
- High attention to quality, detail, and customer service.
- Organized and proactive with problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using ladders and lifting 50+ lbs.
- Great communication with customers, team members, and vendors.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Salary: $54,000–$60,000/year (based on experience)

- Full-time: 40 hours/week, in-person at our main facility (no remote work)
