
Research Analyst (Medical Policy) - Hybrid (PA/NJ/DE)

- Evaluate published research and other clinical data on medical devices, drugs, biologicals and procedures to evaluate safety and efficacy.
- Lead multidisciplinary workgroups and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues, as required.
- Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Skilled in presenting to internal and external stakeholders, summarizing performance results and analytic findings.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis services.
- Managing project timelines, monitoring outcomes, evaluating results, summarizing findings, and using statistical analysis for ensuring data integrity.
- Perform systematic proactive monitoring of health care technologies such as, medical devices, diagnostic tests and procedures, therapeutic interventions to inform strategic planning activities
- Ensure sound analytical methods.
- Other duties as required.
- Advanced degree in health care administration, public health, business, or related area preferred, undergraduate degree required.
- Strong demonstrated skills in carrying out analytic projects, along with writing and speaking skills.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities that include presenting complex information in a way that is easy to understand.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
