Responsible for delivering supplies, maintain par levels, filling requisitions and responding to request. Providing optimal service to our customers.Job Description:
  • Supports the accurate maintenance of the supply inventory
  • Daily restocking of shelves
  • Rotates inventory
  • Performs cycle counts or other inventories
  • Notifies Supervisor of outdates or slow moving inventory
  • Supports and maintains inventory level for 3rd party system or Lawson Par locations
  • Able to provide basic trouble shooting for all automated inventory management systems
  • Maintain clean and orderly stock locations
  • Maintains professional image when assisting customers in person or by phone on VOCERA
  • Processes shipment to stock or delivers
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Basic Lawson functions
  • Basic knowledge of 3rd party system utilized at facility.
  • Assist in packing case carts as needed.
Additional Job Description:Education / Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred):
  • High school or GED required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor Degree preferred
Experience (required and preferred):
  • Minimum of Two (2) years Supply Chain related experience preferred
  • Team Management and/or Project Management preferred
  • Must keep abreast of current trends/changes related to technology within healthcare
