
Human Resources Generalist

- Will assist Wellness sites (Greendale & Manassas) with ensuring compliance with time and attendance policies and support resolution of related issues.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating with site contacts and ensuring timely and accurate data submission.
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support data-driven decision-making and compliance tracking for Wellness sites.
- Provides general Human Resources services to the respective business partners and employee population, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for HRIS (Workday), Payroll (Kronos), and Leave of Absence (The Hartford).
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs that support business objectives. Assists in developing appropriate training and development initiatives.
- Supports various HR functions including New Hire Orientation, I9 processing, data entry and data audits, employee file maintenance and New Hire and Termination processes.
- Assists employees with routine compensation and benefit questions, partnering with the Catalent COE as necessary.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with at least 2 years of HR experience.
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, a high school diploma with at least 5 years of HR experience will be considered.
- Strong knowledge in HR management concepts including Leave of Absences, Payroll, and Investigations with a strong consultative approach.
- Good judgment and ethics; professional presence and demeanor; strong interpersonal skills; strong business acumen.
- Ability to “get the job done” and take responsibility for results without direct authority; ability to coordinate, facilitate and organize resources.
- Ability to develop strategic relationships; strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills, adaptable to the level of audience. Proficient in English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to support a 24/7 operation as needed.
