- Gain hands-on sales experience working with customers
- Receive coaching and guidance from a program manager, functional manager and mentor to excel your development for future roles
- Learn our business, interact with internal and external customers, and build an extensive network within the organization
- Develop and deliver presentations demonstrating knowledge acquired and results delivered
- Build skills in areas such as pricing, relationship management, negotiations, time management, and strategic business planning
- You will complete your Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Professional Selling or a related program of study no later than June 2026
- You have general understanding of business, financial concepts, and theory behind processes
- You desire to be a leader and grow within the Sales function
- You have the flexibility to relocate during and after the program
- You can travel as needed
- You have proven leadership abilities (i.e. collaborative, influencing & problem-solving skills, self-starter, agile, etc.)
