- Review project plans as to time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
- Responsible for negotiating and purchasing all activities and materials
- Initiate and manage subcontract and purchase order documentation in timely manner
- Initiate and manage owner change requests and change orders
- Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project with subcontractors
- Confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
- Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget
- Prepare project reports for management, client, or others
- Provide technical advice and resolves problems for project staff
- Coordinate project activities with activities of regulatory or other governmental agencies.
- Maintain existing and create new customer and subcontractor relationships

- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of five years related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, customers and the employees.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with many variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
