Acorn Tire & Auto is locally owned and operated with more than 50 years in the industry, with a recent ownership change in March of 2022. Since acquiring, we are committed to bringing the family atmosphere back into our organization for both our teammates and guests.We are looking for a motivated General Service Technician for a high-volume, full-service repair shop.Qualifications:
  • Automotive knowledge
  • Willingness to learn
  • Must have basic tools
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, 5 days 40 - 45 hours per week.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to develop into a State Certified Technician
Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough courtesy checks
  • Communicate effectively with store leader and guests
We offer medical, dental and vision insurances, the 1st of the month following 90 days of continuous employment.
Vacation 5 days after 180 days of employment, 2 weeks at 1 year work anniversary
Paid holidays after 90 days of continuous employment.
We are closed most if not all major holidays.
