Adecco is hiring CNC Milling & Lathe Operators for a leading precision machining company in Billerica, MA! The facility is clean, modern, and equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machinery, servicing multiple industries with a focus on stainless steel and high-temp alloys.Responsibilities:Load and unload CNC machines for daily productionInspect finished parts and troubleshoot minor issuesRead and interpret blueprints and engineering drawingsUse measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gaugesEnsure quality and safety standards are met consistentlyQualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum 2 years of CNC machining experience preferred (not required)Basic machining knowledge and familiarity with machining conceptsProficient with inspection tools (verniers, micrometers, drop indicators, etc.)Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a teamMust be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basisWhy work for Adecco?Weekly payBenefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k)Free career upskilling and training programsOpportunities for full-time hire with the clientPay Details: $20.00 to $35.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
