Empath Personal Care, a member of Empath Health, is currently seeking Home Health Aides. Providing compassionate, full life care is an honor we take seriously at Empath Health. Join our team and make a positive impact in the community.Empath Personal Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides to care for our clients within their home. We are committed to providing excellent care for our patients/clients and a rewarding work environment for our colleagues.
  • Base pay: $15.00 with the ability to earn up to $19.00 per hour depending on client.
Qualifications:
  • HHA Certificate (40+ hour) or CNA license preferred
  • CPR Certification required (in-house classes available if needed)
  • Minimum of six (6) months experience in healthcare/home health preferred
  • Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English
  • Must have valid Florida Driver License and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and travel within the service area

  • Caregivers who can service Bradenton/Sarasota or Sarasota/Venice
  • Must be able to meet the PRN agreement
  • 48 hours per month commitment
  • 2 weekend shifts per month
