HybridWhat you will doThe Manager for Global HCP Marketing - Pain & Allergy is responsible for maximizing the company's scientific leadership in the Pain & Allergy healthcare professional space. The position will work across the Pain & Allergy Self-Care business unit to support new launches and the development of scientific communications and education across key channels to engage with HCPs across key markets.Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing HCP strategies, scientific messaging and activations to engage with HCPs through CRM, Email Marketing, Conferences, Webinars, Sales Reps, and paid media.
- Have the ability to develop global plans that drive consistency of brand messaging and communications for key brands like TYLENOL & ZYRTEC
- Maintain strong organizational skills across multiple workstreams, while executing with excellence.
- Strong public speaking skills, as representative of brands at conferences with HCPs.
- Demonstrate proactive thinking, and strong collaborative skills through engagement of brand partners, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
- Build comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current environment and industry trends, digital advancements, category and competitive analysis, stay abreast of latest competitive activities and sales.
- Manage budget and analytics to help deliver business objectives including Doctor recommendation and new product innovation goals.
- Maintain quality and compliance through timely training, strict compliance with procedures, exercising the highest integrity, embracing employee involvement and commitment to doing the right job the first time.
- A four-year bachelors degree is required
- 6-8 years of experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and Consumer Package Goods is required.
- Experience in HCP brand marketing is preferred for an OTC or pharmaceutical product.
- Experience working and managing agency partners to deliver strategies and creative assets.
- Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking skills, have strong negotiation skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be customer/market oriented.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, highly complex, matrixed environment is required.
- High level of drive and commitment with a strong bias for action and prioritization.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional and other internal teams is required.
- Ability to influence key partners with ideas that build value
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work confidently and respectfully at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
- Proficient in a variety of applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), and the ability to pick up new applications and processes quickly.
- An MBA is preferred.
- Executing Healthcare professional strategies and marketing plans for US and global markets is an asset.
