This is a high-impact role overseeing IT infrastructure, security, and digital workplace systems across U.S. offices and plants, while partnering with the global IT team on broader initiatives.What You’ll DoLead infrastructure operations: servers, networking, Wi-Fi, and firewallsManage security solutions and partner with global IT on policies, monitoring, and remediationOversee end-user devices: procurement, patching, lifecycle managementSupport operational technology and digital manufacturing equipment at U.S. plantsOwn conference room A/V, phones, printers, CCTV, and access control systemsProvide L2/L3 support for escalations beyond the Service DeskManage vendor relationships, contracts, and service levelsDrive improvements in documentation, SOPs, and knowledge sharingWhat We’re Looking ForBackground in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (degree or equivalent experience)Proven success in IT management: infrastructure operations, vendor oversight, end-user support, and cross-functional projectsAdvanced knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, and Microsoft server technologiesStrong project management skills with ability to deliver across multiple sitesHands-on problem solver who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day supportThis role offers a competitive salary plus bonus, with flexibility for creative compensation options.
