Housekeeper

- Complete all necessary housekeeping functions in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations
- Follow facility schedule for daily and weekly cleaning requirements
- Use, maintain and store chemicals, supplies and equipment per facility policy and manufacturer’s recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all residents and staff
- Interact directly with residents to ensure their environmental needs are met
- Follow all facility policies and procedures including but not limited to infection control protocols, emergency preparedness plans and safety regulations
- Communicate professionally with staff, residents and visitors
- Complete other duties as required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills required
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure required
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job including but not limited to lifting, bending, turning and pushing
