In this senior role, you will play a key part in the development of Advanced Processing systems and subsystems, supporting all aspects of hardware development from requirements derivation through product integration. You'll lead efforts to ensure the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work, ensuring that project deliverables meet cost and schedule commitments. You will also utilize Digital Transformation practices, including model-based engineering, test automation, and Agile development, to define product capabilities and drive innovation.Key responsibilities include:
Supporting overall organizational process compliance, including management of the Hardware Development Process Implementation.
Leading product development activities and providing technical guidance.
Ensuring the technical integrity and completeness of deliverables.
Managing customer interfaces and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or System Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years or more of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
  • Experience with designing / developing / integrating advanced processing systems
  • Experience with process reviews, audits and compliance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance to at least the Secret level.
Desired skills
  • DOD customer experience
  • Experience in solving hardware/software interface problems.
  • Experience developing processes and procedures to perform integration on advanced processing systems at all levels (System, sub-system, Module/Circuit Card Assembly)
  • Experience working in classified environments
  • Drive execution through a Digital Engineering environment, leveraging Model-Based System Engineering, DevSecOps and Agile approaches
  • Experience with DOORS and NextGen DOORS
