- Participate in end-to-end solutions, including requirement gathering, planning, solutioning, development execution, and documentation for marketing systems.
- Partner with customers to understand business challenges and requirements for proposed solutions.
- Document business and technical requirements with clarity and precision.
- Perform thorough data analysis to assess the feasibility of proposed solutions and identify limitations or risks.
- Provide guidance on data conversion and mapping decisions, ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
- Translate high-level business requirements into actionable and achievable deliverables.
- Contribute to solution development to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Identify and recommend effective data visualization solutions to address key business questions.
- Understand and document underlying data elements, constraints, flows, and sources within the business domain.
- Develop supporting artifacts such as Source-to-Target Mapping documents, data dictionaries, data lineage, and other information management documentation.
- Perform detailed data validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on macys.com business processes, data, marketing ecosystem, and data received from other sources.
- Present project status, milestones, and issues to management and stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive data analyses to identify key trends and patterns.
- Research and troubleshoot data and systems issues.
- Resolve or prioritize issue resolution to ensure timely outcomes.
- Proactively identify data quality problems and support solution development.
- Interpret and work with highly complex physical and logical data models.
- Conduct testing and validation of data and solutions.
- Establish and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
- Deliver training to end users.
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.

- Candidates with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. 5-7 years of experience as a Systems Analyst / Business Analyst / ETL Developer.
- Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
