For more information, please visit orOverview:Reporting to the Manager of Treasury Operations, the Temporary Treasury Analyst will support all aspects of Treasury activities. Along with strong technical, analytical and communication skills, the ideal candidate must be detail orientated, organized, flexible and self-motivated. This position requires corporate cash management or treasury experience and an understanding of GAAP.Responsibilities will include and are not limited to the following:
  • Prepare daily cash position and short-term forecasts for US and Canadian entities
  • Analyze and explain changes in the cash forecasts
  • Ensure adequate short-term and daily liquidity among all US and Canadian bank accounts
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for IGT's MJP/WAP meter and annuity winner requirements in the US
  • Track and assist in the issuance of letters of credit and surety bonds
  • Execute USD and foreign currency wires
  • Place FX spot trades to settle vendor payments and intercompany transfers
  • As needed, prepare short-term borrowings
  • Propose and monitor short-term investments
  • Primary administrator for banking portals in the US and Canada
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
  • Research and respond to internal and external inquiries from our banking partners and internal partners
  • Establish and build collaborative relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Perform Treasury projects as needed with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Support other treasury functions as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Accounting, Finance, Economics
  • 5+ years of Treasury, Finance or Accounting experience; Treasury experience preferred
  • Understanding of GAAP
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure
  • Ability to communicate (both written and verbal) effectively with internal and external business partners
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams
  • CTP preferred
  • SAP experience preferred
