Salary: Base up to $165K plus 25% bonus and equity potential.Position Overview:We’re looking for an experienced Controller to lead the accounting function of a fast-scaling healthcare company, offering leadership responsibilities, significant growth potential, and equity participation. This role reports directly to the CFO and plays a critical role in post-merger integration and financial operations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and financial reportingLead and develop a team of accounting professionalsManage timely and accurate month-end close and financial reporting processesEstablish internal controls, policies, and financial proceduresSupport M&A integration efforts and audit readinessCollaborate with CFO on strategic planning and executionOptimize ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP) for automation and data integrityCoordinate annual audits and support compliance for equity partnersQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)CPA or progress toward certification (highly preferred)8+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilitiesExperience in PE-backed or acquisitive companies is highly valuedAdvanced GAAP knowledge and compliance expertiseDemonstrated success with post-merger integration and ERP systemsIf you’re interested in learning more about this opportunity or would like to discuss your qualifications, please apply now.Powered by JazzHR
