- Oversee calendar management for senior leadership, coordinating meetings, appointments, travel logistics, and catering arrangements to ensure seamless scheduling.
- Draft, revise, and format a variety of documents including correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Process and submit expense reports; reconcile corporate credit card transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records, including meeting minutes and confidential files.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects
- Lead onboarding activities to ensure a smooth Day 1 experience for new team members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office events.
- Cultivate strong relationships with executives, clients, vendors, and other key stakeholders to foster collaboration.
- Manage daily office operations, expense tracking, and general administrative support.
- Uphold confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information and communications.
- Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the leadership teams as needed.
