
Gaming Administrator

- Provide a safe, healthy and friendly work environment for employees and guests; report and direct safety issues to Safety Committee
- Maintain sufficient inventory to support general operations of the gaming departments as assigned.
- Advises management of slot inventory levels, make appropriate purchase suggestions, negotiate purchase when necessary, including warranty and service costs.
- Maintain all training records for Slot Operations personnel.
- Assure that all gaming records are in compliance with the CGC Internal Controls.
- Maintain the Auto-Cad (Computer Assisted Drawings) floor layouts.
- Assist management with variance reports.
- Maintain gaming department's uniform inventory and order new uniforms as appropriate.
- Coordinate machine installs, conversions, and removals with manufactures. Work closely with Management on projects.
- Coordinate all Slot functions with the Slot Department and the Slot Tech Shop.
- Assist in the training and development of Tribal Member employees following Ko-Kwel Casino Resort's Tribal Member Preference policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- This position requires a minimum of two (2) years of experience in an administrative support role; previous gaming or hospitality experience preferred.
- Must have previous computer experience, proficiency with data input, recordkeeping and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to promote team work across various departments.
- Previous experience with MS Office including above average skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and Access..
- Proficient in Auto Cad.
- This position required the ability to work both independently with self-initiative and as part of a team to accomplish department objectives.
- This position requires a flexible work schedule to include evenings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to consistently demonstrate exceptional guest service and demonstrate conduct that is courteous and professional in manner.
- Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug free work place policies.
