Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business/process leadership or as an industry expert.
Experience in project scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, and risk management.
Experience with agile methodologies.
Ability to drive clarity out of ambiguity.
Self-starter with clear and critical thinking abilities.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Develop a repair strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment across regions.
Consolidate disparate information and create roadmaps for key stakeholders.
A cross functional GEO/Global project team has been set up to create a Digital Repair Service in EMEA, which should be designed to be scalable to other GEOs as well. This PM will focus on creating Global Repair strategy/roadmap & alignment
Define global strategy and capture key learnings.
Provide timely updates to stakeholders and coordinate success metrics.
