Job Summary:This Registered Nurse (RN) position requires providing skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to patients facing age-related frailty and serious illness. The RN will perform patient assessments, administer medications, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. - Providing skilled nursing care in various settings (potentially including Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, Operating Room).

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum two years of experience in hospital, home health, or hospice care.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
