- 8+ years of consumer marketing experience, with the ideal candidate having some previous Pharma experience and broadcast.
- Understanding of the principles of brand management, including brand positioning, personality & overall campaign development.
- Experience with developing and executing consumer marketing campaigns across all channels (e.g., TV, Digital, Social, Website, CRM).
- Experience identifying key campaign metrics (KPIs) and utilizing for continuous enhancements and future design/innovation.
- Experience managing multiple external agencies including advertising, media, digital, database agencies and internal partners.
- Ability to influence at all levels in a highly matrixed organization, including senior management.
- Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through.
- The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
