They will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams and own external agency relationships to drive their brands, as well as ensure focus on delivering key brand priorities.Key Job Responsibilities· Lead evolution of brand strategy, including value propositions, positioning, segmentation, omni channel strategy to ensure continued alignment against objectives and long-term plan.· Lead strategy, development, and execution of tactics including creative development, media planning, and measurement/analytics performance and optimizations.· Collaborate with external agencies, internal partners, and leadership to build, manage, and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and goals.· Work with internal cross functional groups (Public Affairs, Professional Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, Medical and Project Management) to ensure compliance and consistency in approach and messaging.· Develop a strategic roadmap and implement new use cases involving new technological and operational capabilities delivered in partnership with the internal COE's.· Lead brand's annual planning process, representing both DTC and cross-functional brand needs in development, alignment, and presentation to senior leadership.· Provide leadership, direction, and development for direct report(s).Significant Work Activities -Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day)QualificationsQualifications
  • BA/BS Required, MBA Preferred
  • 8+ years of consumer marketing experience, with the ideal candidate having some previous Pharma experience and broadcast.
  • Understanding of the principles of brand management, including brand positioning, personality & overall campaign development.
  • Experience with developing and executing consumer marketing campaigns across all channels (e.g., TV, Digital, Social, Website, CRM).
  • Experience identifying key campaign metrics (KPIs) and utilizing for continuous enhancements and future design/innovation.
  • Experience managing multiple external agencies including advertising, media, digital, database agencies and internal partners.
  • Ability to influence at all levels in a highly matrixed organization, including senior management.
  • Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through.
