- Keep meticulous equipment logs and report activities accurately.
- Manage repairs of hydraulic systems, HVAC, conveyors, and pneumatic circuits.
- Exhibit strong troubleshooting, welding, and fabrication skills.
- Solve machinery and control system issues.
- Adhere to OSHA and ANSI safety protocols.
- Service and troubleshoot auxiliary and control systems.
- Diagnose and address maintenance issues proactively.
- Attend work regularly and punctually.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Engage in continuing education to stay abreast of new technologies.
- Frequently work in dynamic physical positions, adjusting as necessary.
- Lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds at intervals.
- Utilize comprehensive electrical and mechanical systems knowledge.
- 3-5 years of injection molding equipment troubleshooting experience.
- Proficiency with Ladder Logic and PLC programming.
- Robotics and industrial electrical experience is beneficial.
- Read and interpret technical electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Expertise in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Skilled with programmable controls and system modifications.
