An established outpatient physical therapy and occupational therapy clinic in Belfair, WA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) for a leadership-track role. This position offers the opportunity to train directly with the clinic owner and transition into a Clinic Manager position, overseeing operations, staff, and patient experience.The clinic follows the Joint Academy model, an evidence-based care platform that helped Sweden become the first country to reduce joint replacements through early, targeted intervention. We are bringing this proven approach to the U.S.—and we’re looking for a clinician who’s ready to grow into leadership.Key Responsibilities:As a PT or OT:Provide individualized, 45-minute therapy sessions in an outpatient settingEvaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurological conditionsCreate and manage personalized care plansEducate patients on recovery, movement, and preventionUse digital tools for documentation and patient progress trackingCollaborate with a multidisciplinary care teamAs a Clinic Manager in Training:Receive direct mentorship from the current clinic ownerAssist in staff hiring, onboarding, and developmentOversee clinic operations, scheduling, and performance metricsEnsure high patient satisfaction and engagementHelp drive clinic growth while maintaining a patient-first cultureQualifications:Licensed PT or OT in Washington (or eligible)Minimum 2 years of clinical experienceCPR certificationStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsInterest in clinic operations and team managementPreferred: Experience as a Clinical Instructor, mentor, or team leadSchedule & Compensation:Monday–Friday only – no weekends or late nights$100,000–$125,000 base salaryMonthly bonus program + revenue share after management transition$2,500 sign-on bonus + relocation assistance availableFull-Time Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchPaid PTO, sick leave, and holidaysContinuing education stipend + free MedBridge subscriptionFlexible start dateWhy Work in Belfair, WA?
