We are looking for a Front Desk Attendant to greet and help check in Skiptown's pup and people guests!Who You Are:You are energized by interacting with others and if you don't have the answer, you'll get it ASAP! You have a knack for engaging with people and making them feel welcome and you love dogs (obviously).What You'll Do:
  • Greet new pups and pup parents!
  • Resolve client and team issues via phone, email and in person
  • Facilitate pet care check-in/check-out and Grooming check-in/check-out
  • Check in our Bar & Park patrons
  • Support our Pet Services team with client outreach
  • Answer client inquiries
  • Personalize each pups appointment with a variety of add-ons
What You'll Bring:
  • In-person customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with technology and on and off-leash dogs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
