Overview:Assist in the administration of the Admissions department; provide information and services to current and prospective students in the area of Admissions. Responsibilities: * Provide information and communication on academic requirements, application processes.
  • Performs data entry of all admissions applications, documents, inquiries and admission forms received through the admissions department, including any updates
  • Review documentation for alignment with College requirements Verify applicant data, ensure that all data entry interactions result in a 90% accuracy rate
  • Determine eligibility for admissions
  • Coordinate recruitment events and activities such as appointments, info sessions, open houses and placement exams
  • Provide referral services
  • Assembles Admissions packets
  • When necessary, performs other duties of a similar nature or level as required.
Qualifications:Education/Experience
  • Bachelor of Arts preferred.
  • Associate in Arts required.
  • EducationRequired: 1 year of Administrative experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Well organized
Physical Demands
  • Sitting for long periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 15 lbs.
Travel
  • As required for some recruitment events
Maximum Salary: USD $39,270.00/Yr. Minimum Salary: USD $31,415.00/Yr.
