- Develop lab prototypes for early-stage innovation and collaborate with cross-functional business partners to refine ideas, flavors, and capabilities.
- Perform research on emerging bakery ingredients focused on improving nutrition and/or processing efficiency.
- Assist Grain & Dough team members with ongoing sensory, shelf-life testing, and food analysis.
- Practical Experience: Take ownership in meaningful projects and share innovative ideas to gain relevant experience in product development, innovation, and the baking industry.

- Enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate accredited University with a focus in: Food Chemistry, Food Processing, Baking Science, Product Development, Sensory and Quality Analysis
