Advance Innovation.At BAYADA Home Health, the FP&A team plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting enterprise growth. We're seeking a Manager, Finance Data Analytics to help turn complex financial data into meaningful insights that inform planning, budgeting, and strategic decision-making. Using advanced analytics and machine learning, you will help model financial performance, identify trends, and deliver data-driven recommendations that directly impact the organization's financial health and future direction. Hybrid position (1-2 days/week in Pennsauken, NJ preferred).What You'll Do
  • Data Transformation & Modeling: Extract, clean, and model financial and financial driver operational data to support forecasting, scenario planning, and performance analysis.
  • Machine Learning Focus: Support and develop machine learning models that identify trends, predict business outcomes and enhance processes.
  • Decision Support: Translate complex financial data into meaningful insights that inform executive and operational decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers, data scientists, and finance leaders to design analytics solutions that are scalable and repeatable.
  • Innovation & Experimentation: Contribute to a culture of experimentation, piloting new data approaches and staying current with emerging analytics techniques and technologies.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Engage in internal analytics communities that promote best practices, continuous learning, and skill development in AI, data science, and finance.
What You Bring
  • Experience: 2-5 years in financial analytics, FP&A, or data analytics; experience with financial modeling and business analysis required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and visualization tools such as Tableau; experience with machine learning techniques (e.g. regression, clustering, classification) strongly preferred. Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Sigma Computing) is a plus.
  • Data Fluency: Strong understanding of financial data structures and experience transforming raw data into usable formats for analysis.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to identify key trends and insights from large datasets, with attention to detail and business impact.

  • Base Pay: $94K-117K depending on qualifications with opportunity for bonus
