Job Description:Basic Description:This position will oversee PD Kits, offsite inventory, material transfers and our LiveArc product for training solutions. The individual must have strong decision-making ability, communicate clearly and be able to follow up with team to ensure objectives are being met. As a leader, will be an ambassador for our culture.Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive accountable and efficient work practices within our materials and PD Kit area.
  • Work close with material team on inventory management.
  • Help manage material and scheduling the build of our LiveArc product.
  • Involved in new employee training and cross training
  • Provide reliable, fair and unbiased feedback for employee evaluations
  • Provide constructive feedback to management
  • Ensure team is working in a safe manner and escalate any issues to leadership
  • Lead area by demonstrating an understanding of Miller’s core values and holding the team to that standard.
Position Requirements:
  • Successful record of building positive relationships with co-workers and management
  • Experience driving process improvement through teams
  • Have 1 year of experience of cost and quality drivers of business
  • At least 1 year of warehousing or inventory experience
