
Youth Tutor & Club Partnership Coordinator

- Recruit, interview, train, support, appreciate, and retain volunteers to serve as youth tutors and club leaders.
- Coordinate tutoring matches between volunteers and students, including attending initial match meetings at clients' homes.
- Communicate regularly with volunteers, offering ongoing support and coaching.
- Collaborate with the Children and Youth team to identify students who may benefit from academic, social-emotional support, and assist with their enrollment in tutoring or club programs.
- Collaborate with the Children and Youth team to ensure signed permission forms and student documentation is completed
- Track all required volunteer, partner, and student metrics in World Relief's Microsoft Dynamics database.
- Contribute to monthly program reports, evaluations and assessments as requested.
- Support the planning and implementation of weekly youth clubs (virtual or in-person), ensuring quality, safety, and volunteer coverage.
- Participate in regular Volunteer Engagement and Children and Youth team meetings.
- Alongside the Church and Volunteer Engagement teams, represent World Relief at churches and community events to raise awareness and inspire volunteer involvement.
- Collaborate with the Church Mobilization team to identify strategic church partnerships encouraging them to host or support tutoring and club programming.
- Serve as a point of contact for partner churches involved in youth programs and clubs, providing ongoing coaching and training to churches as needed.
- Assist with special projects, events, and other duties as assigned.

- Demonstrated ability to mobilize, motivate, coach, and support individuals and groups
- Relational intelligence, excellent interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); other design or database skills a plus
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required
- Afternoon, evening, and occasional weekend availability required
- Proven experience building mutually beneficial partnerships between organizations or churches.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working with children or youth in educational or mentoring settings
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience working cross-culturally and building inclusive environments
- Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to train and coach volunteers and church groups in cross-cultural engagement
- Bilingual preferred but not required
