Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and customer specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
Manage time effectively to ensure timely preparation of orders
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Handle and store ingredients properly, monitoring inventory levels
Operate and maintain pizza-making equipment
Assist in other kitchen duties as needed
Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers
Qualifications
Proven experience in pizza making or related food service role preferred
Food Handler's Certificate required
Strong knowledge of pizza making techniques and food safety practices
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
Team player with good communication skills
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
